We are now seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by processing accounts payable transactions and assisting others as needed
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where creative thinking, problem solving, analysis, efficiency, autonomy, and initiative are required
- Obtain approval for and enter vendor invoices, reconcile vendor accounts to vendor statements
- Maintain customer files and notes
- Maintain all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate customer information in our software
- Do all monthly reports timely and accurately
- Support accounting department team in other data entry capacity, as needed
