Job Description

The Child Support Specialist IV is responsible for providing research and accuracy for child support payments. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately research and resolve child support payments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work
• Provide functional guidance, training and assistance to staff as needed

Requirements

• Familiarity with telephone systems and window-based computer applications
• Knowledge of the PC and related software
• Accurate typing skills
• Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
