What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate Recruiter position at Conexus?
The Senior Recruiter is at the center of a collaborative effort: bringing teams together, guiding hiring managers, and providing a consultative recruitment approach, driving consistent communication with hiring teams, providing market analysis, executing creative sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and other talent related activities.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle recruiting process from position requisition, candidate sourcing, hiring manager engagement, interviewing, offers and approval
• Proactively source candidates (as needed) through various channels, including job boards, social media, direct applicants, and partner with external agencies & search firms when needed
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Ensure that all practices and reporting comply with all federal, state and local laws
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and maintain and update candidate tracking systems
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and have a very deep understanding of actual business needs for the hire
• Produce and update job ads from job descriptions and build candidate databases
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, ratios of candidate submittals to hire, and various other metrics
• Drive business client relationship and candidate relationship, improve hiring efficiency & diversity, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Extend verbal offers, manage any negotiations in line with applicable policies and procedures and generate offer letters by partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Develop and facilitate and coordinate summer internship program
• Keep close to external talent trends and landscape in the personal care products industry • Support the culture in creating a high-quality candidate experience that fosters engagement
• Partner with Marketing Communications team on internal and external branding initiatives that support mission, vision, and values
Required Skills:
• Relationship building skills, with employees, candidates, recruiting agencies and others
• Expert interviewing and negotiating skills
• Expert knowledge and experience running searches with Boolean, LinkedIn, and other technical platforms
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong knowledge of basic compensation practices and job classifications
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be highly organized and drive efficiencies
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic collaboration skills in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
Qualifications/Education:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5 years’ full cycle recruiting experience required
• Wholesale / consumer goods / beauty industry experience preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
