We are seeking a mid-level HR Office Manager to oversee office operations and support the company’s continued growth. This role will manage full-cycle HR administration while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting various HR initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle HR administration, including employee records, benefits, and compliance.
- Support HR processes such as employee relations, recruitment (including college recruiting), onboarding/offboarding, employment law compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Assist in fostering employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with the HR team on various strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide direct support to the HR Leader on ad hoc HR initiatives.
- Oversee general office administration, including vendor coordination and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR Administration.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
