Position Description
The Human Resources and Office Manager is a dual role responsible for overseeing both human resources functions and office operations. This position manages the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance, while also ensuring the efficient and effective management of office facilities, administrative processes, and vendor relationships. The HR & Office Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee success, and maintaining a well-organized and productive office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, address employee relations issues, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits information to employees.
- Assist in the performance management process, including providing guidance to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems to streamline office operations and improve productivity.
- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the effective maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Assist in the development and management of the office budget, controlling expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Proven ability to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
