We are seeking for a dynamic recent university graduate to join our team as an Assistant to the CEO, helping managing our business and operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and will posses strong analytical, communication, administrative, and attention to detail skills.
This position requires the candidate to work in our office 5 days a week. It is not a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in the management of the companies’ operations.
- Help the CEO maximize all business development and sales efforts to increase revenue.
- Assist the CEO with the development and implementation of new marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with members of the management team to ensure prompt completion of tasks and projects the CEO deems as top priorities.
- Perform financial analysis on Excel as requested by the CEO and present insights derived from the analysis.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with the board of directors, company staff and outside parties, including reports and presentations.
- Review and ensure accurate completion and timely submission of any reports and presentations requested by the CEO.
- Help proofread presentations, documents, letters, and contracts.
- Set up internal and external meetings for the CEO.
- Additional tasks required by the CEO.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, English, History or related fields.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn, understand complex topics and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software applications, including advanced excel.
- Effectively communicate complex information in a variety of environments, both in person and virtually.
- Ability to prioritize, anticipate and proactively solve problems.
