Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Corporate Security to safeguard our corporate offices and executive personnel. This role involves developing and implementing proactive security strategies, overseeing threat identification, emergency response planning, and security policy execution. The Director will collaborate with internal teams and external security firms to manage risk, conduct security assessments, and oversee physical security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for executives, including residences, workplaces, travel, events, and transportation.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Engage and oversee third-party firms for continuous threat assessments.
- Deliver security awareness training for executives, their families, and staff.
- Manage and evaluate third-party executive protection agents.
- Plan and coordinate security measures for events and travel.
- Oversee and implement physical security systems, including access control, cameras, and alarms.
- Foster relationships with local law enforcement.
- Develop and execute security policies and procedures for corporate offices.
- Conduct security assessments and identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with first responders to enhance emergency preparedness.
- Implement and conduct security and safety drills.
- Monitor daily security operations and address vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in executive and corporate security.
- Proven track record in risk assessment, crisis management, and security operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license required; certifications in security management preferred (CPP, PSP, CSM).
Salary : $150,000 - $210,000
