Our dynamic HR team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join us in our downtown NYC office. This role will serve as the main point of contact for employees and will project manage assigned current and new initiatives. This role will support a variety of HR functions such as compliance, employee relations, performance management, and training.
What you’ll do :
- Welcome and on-board new employees; oversee onboarding program, survey communications and trending data for new employee experience
- Champion employee engagement activities
- Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
- Support HR programs including performance management, talent development, and related project
- Play an integral part in recruiting; manage recruitment life cycle for various departments and ensure a consistent candidate experience
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including offer letters, immigration documents and promotion / transfer letters
- Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance
- Model and reinforce our company's values of client, people, integrity, and innovation
Minimum Requireme nts :
Estimated compensation ra nge : $90,000- $100,000 base salary per year
