Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources is a strategic partner responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA and OSHA standards.
- Manage HRIS systems and analyze data to drive process improvements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in human resources, including employee relations experience; team leadership experience;
- B.A. in human resources, psychology, or similar degree preferred;
- The employee must be at least 18 years of age and must be a citizen of and/or authorized to work in the United States.
