Job Title: Bookkeeper

SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Executive Director and Financial Operations Manager, the Bookkeeper will provide part-time, year-round bookkeeping services for the nonprofit organization. Responsibilities will include monthly reporting, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle state reporting
- Manage payables and receivables
- Assist with basic HR duties, including new hire processing, payroll setup, and maintaining employee records with our payroll service manager
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years of administrative/bookkeeping or related accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; knowledge of nonprofit business practices is helpful
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with state reporting and grant reporting is advantageous

This position is primarily in-house, with some potential for remote work
