Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and administration of total rewards programs, specifically compensation and benefits. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant reward practices while aligning with the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize rewards and create impactful employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentive plans, and variable pay programs, to support talent acquisition and retention efforts.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee health, wellness, and retirement benefit offerings, ensuring alignment with employee needs and organizational objectives.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to maintain competitive positioning and inform decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to ACA, FMLA, ERISA, and other labor standards.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and deliver communication initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of reward programs among employees.
- Data Insights: Analyze and report on total rewards effectiveness using data-driven insights, offering actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as HR, Finance, and Operations, to align rewards strategies with organizational goals.
- Best Practices: Monitor trends in total rewards to propose innovative and competitive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards management, ideally in a dynamic or regulated industry.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Expertise in designing compensation and benefits programs.
