The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer support role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and proofreading
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to use office software
- Experience with Quickbooks
