We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and manage field operations for construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
- Utilize Accu-Bid software for accurate pricing, contract negotiations, and budget management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement construction estimating techniques using NEC standards to maintain project budgets.
- Foster a positive working environment by building strong relationships with team members and clients.
Skills
- Proficiency in Accu-Bid for pricing and contract negotiations.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on construction management principles and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in construction estimating with knowledge of NEC codes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite for project documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms.
- Ability to build effective teams and manage diverse groups of individuals.
