Summary:
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, playing a key role in building and maintaining long-term, customer-focused relationships. This highly visible and customer-centric role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of sustainable cleaning services that meet quality standards. Through regular client interaction, daily site visits, and routine inspections, the Account Manager ensures a clean and safe working environment while identifying opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
Reports to: AVP
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, receptionist duties, file organization, research and development.
- Manage accounts receivable accounts and work directly with the Financial Management Office.
- Maintain and prioritize daily tasks and projects including: appointments, travel, and general errands.
- Provide efficient customer service to client phone inquiries.
- Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to improve inventory management and reporting accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls for the assigned office.
- Manage daily office operations and maintenance of equipment.
- Serve as corporate liaison between the finance, IT and marketing departments.
- Collaborate with Human Resource department to ensure efficient office environment.
- Prepare and distribute Payroll for entire office and building staff.
- Oversee inventory and office supply purchases.
- Other administrative duties and special projects as needed.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
- Performs background check
- Assists in daily employee transactions
Qualifications and Skills:
- HS Diploma and 1-2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and abilities.
- Reliable, dependable, and works well with others.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
