About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with the HR function to support employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will help us design and implement HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals, while fostering a culture of employee engagement, development, and retention.
As the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, you'll guide managers in performance management and deliver impactful training programs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. We desire candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and preference will be given to those possessing SHRM-CP or PHR certification. A strong background of 3-5 years in HR is required, particularly in multi-site HR management.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a high level of discretion and confidentiality while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
