We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR operations across a large multi-state workforce. The ideal candidate will excel in managing HR systems, leading efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, and supervising an HR team to ensure a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to maintain compliance and improve processes.
HRIS Administration:
- Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS platform to meet business needs.
- Generate and analyze HR reports for workforce planning, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Serve as the point of contact for system-related issues and enhancements.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Design and manage scalable onboarding programs to ensure a smooth start for new employees across all locations.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all tools, systems, and resources are in place for new hires.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor an HR team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership on talent management strategies, including succession planning and retention initiatives.
- Analyze workforce trends to identify areas for improvement in engagement, performance, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing HR operations for multi-state or large-scale workforces.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
