Full-service boutique immigration law firm, is seeking an Immigration Paralegal for its Atlanta office. We offer competitive compensation and benefits depending on the candidate’s professional experience. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), gym/spa and bonuses.
Position Summary: The Paralegal will prepare immigration paperwork for timely filing with various agencies and courts. Work in a fast-based, collaborative team-oriented environment with extensive phone and email client contact. Learn and master the challenging procedural and processing requirements for all types of petitions and applications. Utilize firm resources and other available case management tools to prioritize, monitor, and successfully manage a caseload. This is a customer-service focused role providing a high level of service to our clients. Principals only; no calls please.
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Bilingual Candidates preferred (English/Spanish).
- Experience with Immigration Court, Family Petitions, Waivers, Consular Process and Asylum preferred.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information, personal integrity, excellent judgement and high ethical standards.
- Stress tolerance related to time sensitive deadlines and workflow demands.
- Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment with competing demands.
- Track record of deadlines and ability to communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
- Professional business references will be required for all candidates.
