Job Summary
The IT Analyst assists with the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT solutions for the company. The IT Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify and address their technological needs.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Analyze current IT systems, architectures, and processes.
- Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company’s IT framework.
- Designing IT solutions and solving issues effectively.
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware / software installations).
- Helping set up new hires with software, laptops, programs, etc.
- Assisting in technical issues through various departments.
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay Transparency : The starting annual salary for this opportunity ranges from $62,000-$93,000. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance. Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
