With a core focus on New England and the Mid Atlantic, our team seeking an experienced Inside Sales Leader based on Cape Cod who can support inside and phone sales efforts of products to the construction & design markets.
Will train at our Headquarters (included)
Established market presence with popular product lines and growth.
Skills needed:

Salesforce CRM use preferred
Fast with computers and mobile phones
Dynamic & Detail Oriented
Supervisory or Leadership history
Duties:
Lead a team of 5 great reps and build on our communications and sales
Be an active Player (Sales) and Coach (Manager)
Field client inquiries from sales, logistics to pricing and custom sourcing
Assess inbound call activity to help assess account and inbound metrics
Support and coordinate customer service issues with the team
Meet with key members in Marketing and Buying groups to enhance sales
