About the Role

The Company is in need of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on employee relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution. This role also involves providing HR guidance and support to both managers and employees, as well as assisting with talent development and performance management strategies. The HRBP will be expected to coach managers on best practices for leadership and employee engagement, and to contribute to broader HR initiatives that aim to enhance the workplace culture. Applicants for the HRBP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' of HR experience, with a specific expertise in employee relations. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in resolving complex employee issues and administering training programs.
