What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Check patients in and out for appointments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Support clinicians and other team members by ensuring patient needs are met
- Prepare charts, maintain office supplies, and arrange for package pickups or deliveries
- Collaborate with your team to create a seamless and positive experience for patients
- Occasionally travel to support other nearby locations
What You Bring:
- A genuine passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism
- Proficiency with computers, including Google; ability to type 40–50 words per minute
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus
