A well established service business is seeking an Office Administrator to do billing, receivables, contract compliance, customer service, and office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer billing;
- Accounts Receivable collections;
- Inventory Management;
- Production Reporting (Excel);
- Accounting Functions;
- General clerical and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business or similar area of study;
- A minimum of three (3) years of Accounting Experience;
- A Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position;
- A High proficiency in Excel;
- A Desire to Learn;
- The ability to Multi-task;
- Strong general office and organizational skills.
