MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Sales Champion: Answer incoming calls with finesse, focusing on closing residential sales and booking services.
- Data Dynamo: Handle Route Managers' data entry tasks, including reports, contracts, Electronic Site Management (ESM), and more.
- Financial Facilitator: Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes.
- Resolution Expert: Tackle residential account issues head-on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions.
- Master Organizer: Maintain organized customer files and up-to-date filing systems.
- Scheduling Savvy: Coordinate Route Managers' one-time work and home services, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Month-End Maestro: Play a pivotal role in completing month-end tasks.
- Tag Tracker: Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Supply Sourcer: Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Chain Account Extraordinaire: Handle chain account functions, including reporting, scoring, and procedural knowledge.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to branch staff as directed by the Office Manager
