We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. Duties
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence and greeting visitors with a professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency
- Perform personal assistant tasks for executives or team leads as required
- Assist in the performance of standard accounting functions including customer invoicing, payroll processing and certified payroll submissions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation
- Ability to file documents systematically and maintain organized records
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality output in all communications
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to assist accounting team in the completion of standard accounting tasks including payroll processing and submission of certified payrolls
