About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO, a prominent doctor overseeing several companies including healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel plans, and demonstrating technical proficiency with Microsoft applications. This role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle a wide range of administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are timely and well-organized.
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties such as email management, filing, and office organization.
- Assist in the coordination of projects and communications across the CEO’s various companies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document preparation, data management, and communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level executives and stakeholders.
- Must reside in San Diego, CA, as all interviews and work will be conducted in person.
- Must provide proper references.
