What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Associate Manager, Shopper Marketing (Key Accounts) position at Confidential?
This role is responsible for partnering with key accounts sales teams to develop and execute omnichannel shopper marketing programs that drive value and sales for our customers, distributors and brands. This role is responsible for developing and creating activation elements for our Key Account Programs to ensure flawless execution of our Program Playbook.
Accountabilities:
1.Lead shopper marketing initiatives for specific chain accounts, including planning, executing and reporting on omnichannel marketing tactics based in consumer and retailer insights
2.Establish strong relationships with sales and retail partners through thought leadership and functional expertise
3.Develop Program Activation elements to support the execution of our Key Account Programs and Playbook.
4.Develop and Communicate Program Toolkits and Selling Tools that are turn-key and leverageable by Sales Team

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
1.Bachelor’s Degree & 4-6 years of related marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG.
2.Extensive experience with initiatives related to understanding shopper behavior & retail/trend objectives and program execution
3.Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
