About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Finance to become a pivotal part of our management team. In this crucial role, you will act as a trusted advisor and collaborator, delivering vital information, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations on corporate strategy, alongside financial and accounting matters. You will oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for our Facilities organization, lead the accounting and financial reporting functions, and manage contract compliance while ensuring adherence to up-to-date accounting policies and procedures.
Your leadership skills will be key in managing a dedicated team of Field Finance and Regional Finance Directors. We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred) and a minimum of 7 years of progressive work experience in accounting and finance, specifically in the sports, entertainment, or facility management sectors. You should be detail-oriented, possess exceptional planning and organizational skills, and have a solid operational focus paired with a versatile financial planning and analysis skill set.
