Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Accurately document customer concerns, service requests, and vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Offer service recommendations and options while maintaining transparency.
- Communicate with the service technician team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided.
- Maintain knowledge of warranty coverage, manufacturer recalls, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including service software.
- A commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
