General Purpose of the Position: The primary role of the Talent Acquisition Lead is to help the company grow through recruiting, retention and increases in market share. Responsible for acquiring new talent in all marketplaces through daily phone calls, interviews, and meetings. Assist with new agent check ins while maintaining current broker relationships to increase listings and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team on creating recruitment campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
· Clarify and articulate the value proposition for the purposes of recruiting. Develop a deep understanding of the company platform and tools.
· Work with Sales Manager to identify agents that fit the core values of our company to create a prospect pipeline.
· Ensure we have the correct team and process for meeting with prospects whether it's agents, managers, or leadership.
· Build profiles for each competitor to assist in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each to assist in the recruiting process.
· Build a recruiting process that includes information templates, key metrics, and cases studies that are compelling to prospects to be used in the recruiting process.
· Track performance on a quarterly basis, from calls to prospects to meetings to offers to hires.
· Keep a consistent pipeline of prospects with an average production of $5M
· Prospect for new brokers throughout the geographic area. Senior leadership will establish goals for each office
· Regularly meet with prospective agents to invite and entice them to join our firm.
· Send handwritten thank you notes to brokers you recently met
· Work with leadership to manage a digital drip campaign to touch 200 brokers monthly and follow up with phone and email to candidates
· Work with Marketing to create the necessary collateral to support our recruiting efforts and ensure we have the necessary social media activity to help the recruitment process
· Search multiple social media services and websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
· Attend weekly MLS tours to engage and meet brokers
· Work with events coordinator to set up and host various recruiting events
· Travel to various regions throughout Oregon to recruit and provide in person support and assistance to new agents.
Retention:
· Attend weekly sales meetings to engage with brokers and give tips for the week
· Attend company events to build and develop rapport with agents
· Work with Sales Managers and Managing Principal Broker in each office on retention of new hires through the first 90 days and the completion of the 12-month contract
· Serve as an advocate for new hires as well as established Brokers
· Interview and introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process along with the Managing Principal Broker
· Partner with the Managing Principal Broker and Principal Brokers in each location to monitor successful implementation of training modules for on-boarding new hires and existing brokers
· Accessible to agents for questions and assistance after the completion of training
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 yrs real estate recruiting.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
