Additionally, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and customer service operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy; plan and coordinate the implementation of new markets.
- Lead and scale the sales, marketing, and business development teams
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years in executive sales/revenue roles in financial or fintech sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (business administration, finance, or related).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, team-building ability, and data-driven mindset.
- Travel: Occasional travel required.
