Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Release manager and Copado Expert with expertise in managing Metadata pipelines, Commits, Promotions, Deployments, Code coverage, and Code analysis within the Salesforce Environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, release management, and DevOps practices, with a focus on leveraging Copado to streamline and automate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Metadata Pipelines, Commits, Promotions

• Design, implement, and maintain metadata pipelines to facilitate seamless movement of metadata across Salesforce environments.
• Implement and enforce branching strategies to maintain code integrity and minimize conflicts.
• Manage the promotion process, ensuring that only approved and tested changes are moved between environments.
• Automate promotion workflows using Copado to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments of metadata and code changes across multiple Salesforce environments.

Code Coverage and Code Analysis: (Copado and Salesforce)

• Ensure all deployments meet Salesforce's minimum code coverage requirements (75% or higher).
• Perform code analysis using Copado and other tools to identify potential issues.
• Integrating Copado with Salesforce to provides an automated CI/CD pipeline for managing deployments and tracking code coverage throughout the development cycle.
• Managing the match Between Copado Code Coverage and Salesforce Code Coverage.
• Copado features and capabilities beyond limitations taking release management in Salesforce to a new level of control and visibility, going beyond typical limitations such as complex manual tracking and lack of audit trails.
• Stay updated on the latest Copado features and recommend process improvements.
• How to use alternate features in Copado (Copado's Commit functionality and Copado's Promotion process)
