Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources/ Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring effective employee relations, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Duties
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support to staff at all levels.
- Payroll processing using Kronos, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Assist with recruiting of qualified candidates and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, such as personnel files, Unemployment documents and benefits paperwork.
- Office administration responsibilities such as; filing, ordering supplies, and assisting plant manager as needed.
- Provide support on special projects.
Experience
- Proficiency in using Kronos and ADP.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and leadership.
- Office administration / Payroll / Human Resources.
