Responsibilities :
1. Customer Engagement :
Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls for prospective customers.
Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Lead Management :
Manage and follow up on leads generated through various online sources and phone calls.
Engage with prospects in a manner that encourages them to connect and do business with us.
3. Appointment Scheduling :
Schedule appointments for sales customers at our dealerships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.
Product Knowledge :
Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
CRM Utilization :
Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Excellent computer skills are a must.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
