Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • Experience in the real estate or rental industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to senior management on financial performance.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
