People are the key to our success as an organization! The Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and manage all operational activities during the night shift at the CONMED warehouse. This position ensures smooth and efficient workflows, compliance with safety and quality standards, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Who we are looking for: We are looking for an energetic individual with demonstrated Warehouse experience spanning the full Warehouse continuum along with some of the following attributes: Ability supervise, train, and mentor night shift warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators. Effectively manage time & priorities in order to deliver exceptional results. An innate drive to work hard, persevere and win Relatable to others has the ability to inspire teams at all levels of the organization Has a desire to learn and demonstrate initiative to elevate the business Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency Strong ability to lead employee relations events, including but not limited to, effective workplace investigations. Reliable, trustworthy, and acts with the highest integrity WHAT YOU’LL DO Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular feedback and coaching. Ensure proper staffing levels by scheduling and managing employee attendance. Oversee all night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Monitor and ensure compliance with CONMED’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Resolve any operational issues in real time to prevent delays in production or shipping schedules. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and incidents during the shift. Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. • Collaborate with day shift supervisors and management to align processes and share best practices. WHAT YOU NEED Required Minimum 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience. 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required. Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Strong coaching, influencing, presentation and process development skills Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
