Our media company which manages sports and business publications is looking for an ambitious marketing professional to help with advertising and field marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with some work experience and a passion for the sports and/or media industries. Students, grad students, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Full-time freelancers will also be considered for this part-time role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in newsletter and social media content creation
- Organize and edit advertising assets for newsletter and video content
- Handing out flyers or staffing a table at sporting events, industry conferences, etc.
- Support promotion strategy for podcasts, newsletters, videos, and the publication as a whole
Qualifications
- Any relevant marketing, sales, or customer service experience
- Proof of Hustle - a demonstrated ability to get things done!
- Interest in social media and the local landscape
- Knowledge of the media industry and marketing principles
Salary : $20 - $25
