Operations Manager
Lead safe, compliant, and efficient operations to ensure reliable service, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Oversee production, procurement, logistics, planning, maintenance, and quality control. Manage approximately 150 employees across multiple shifts and departments and foster collaboration within the organization
Responsibilities include :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement site strategies, including a three-year growth plan, stakeholder engagement, and operational KPIs.
- Team Management : Drive team performance, safety culture, and employee engagement. Conduct performance reviews and support staffing decisions.
- Operational Excellence : Optimize resources, maintain cost control, and ensure compliance with company standards and local legislation.
- Continuous Improvement : Oversee S&OP, supply chain integration, and sustainability projects.
- Quality & Delivery : Ensure consistent product quality, timely delivery, and support for new product launches.
- Asset Management : Maintain and enhance site assets through efficient maintenance and strategic reinvestments.
