Keys to an Interview: Senior Accountant | Real Estate Private Equity
- 2-3 years tax and or accounting experience
- Experience with Partnership and Flow Through Entity returns, as well as K-1's
- CPA (or pursuant) and Real estate or financial services experience, nice to have
Key Responsibilities: Senior Accountant | Real Estate Private Equity
- Responsible for general ledger accounting, preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheets and income statement accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Prepares tax workpapers (i.e. fiduciary, partnership, S-Corps., etc.) and assist with the annual tax return filing process.
- Process capital calls and distributions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements and quarterly reports.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare schedules and provide support for external audits.
- Assist with special projects.
- Collaborate with accounting team to improve processes and meet overall business objectives.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
