Role Description
This is a contract role for an HR Ops Assistant Manager at ConnectedX Inc. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, handling employee relations, and HR management tasks on-site in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves day-to-day operations and requires strong attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications :
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
- Native Level Japanese
- Hybrid TX or MI
- Supervisor/Management experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Experience in implementing and managing HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
