The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, handling employee relations, and HR management tasks on-site in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves day-to-day operations and requires strong attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications :
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations skills
- Native Level Japanese
- Hybrid TX or MI
- Supervisor/Management experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Experience in implementing and managing HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
