Your Role with The Company:
– You will interact with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process!
– Manage customer accounts, focusing on growth, profitability, and value creation.
– Manage inventory levels and proactively prompt customers to reorder based on their purchase history.
– Process and manage orders, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth fulfillment.
– Troubleshoot customer issues, including returns and warranty claims.
– Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to provide exceptional service.
– This position reports to the Sales Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!
Background Profile:
– Ideal candidates will have experience in various functions that support the customer journey in a technical manufacturing environment, such as sales, engineering, supply chain, or customer service.
– A technical background or strong technical knowledge is required.
– Technical experience in fluid power or hydraulics is ideal.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
– Experience with ERP/MRP programs
– Strong math, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
– You should be able to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively within a team environment.
