Your Role with The Company:
– You will lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel.
– Spearhead the planning, installation, and maintenance of our sophisticated machinery and equipment in line with all legal standards.
– Innovate and improve by managing significant infrastructure projects, taking full responsibility for budgets and timelines.
– Eliminate downtime with your ability to develop and enforce a bulletproof preventive maintenance program using and interpreting data to drive decisions.
– Work alongside our top-tier production supervisors, production technicians, manufacturing engineers, and the plant manager.
– Utilize your technical prowess to troubleshoot equipment and support both new and existing projects.
– Ensure that all aspects of facilities management are coordinated including building maintenance, groundskeeping, and overseeing an effective safety training program.
– Oversee your team’s job assignments, enhancing our plant’s capabilities and ensuring optimal output.
– This position reports to the Maintenace Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!
Background Profile:
– 5 years of experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment,
– Experience in metal fabrication, machining, laser cutting, metal stamping, or electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
– Knowledge and experience with building and grounds maintenance
– Experience with reducing costs related to maintenance and downtime as well as managing MRO parts
– Technical acumen, including proficiency in reading blueprints, and understanding contracts and systems manuals.
– Excellent communicator who can seamlessly interact at all levels within the organization and with vendors for outside services.
– Proven ability to prioritize, schedule effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
– Experience with CMMS systems, ideally Bigfoot
– Knowledge and experience implementing and executing TPM Programs and Six Sigma methodologies.
