Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is a critical role that oversees the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain facilities equipment, including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ensure equipment is available to support 24/7 production operations.
- Develop and implement a detailed preventative maintenance program.
- Partner with engineering teams and external contractors as necessary to maintain equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related technical field (engineering, technology, manufacturing) is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager with direct reports within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience developing strategic staffing and resourcing plans to support organizational growth is highly preferred.
