Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepares monthly and weekly bank reconciliation reports.
- Prepares weekly cash report.
- Prepare weekly cash report
- Inputs journal entries.
- Produces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Performs general ledger account analyses.
- Prepares income statement and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Reviews A/R billing, AP trial balance, and cash receipts.
- Reviews reports prepared by accounting specialists.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to navigate a PC.
- Able to maintain confidentiality regarding financial data.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is between $75K and $78K, depending on experience.
