We are hiring for our client, a pioneering company in the life science community.
Director of Business Director Base: Boston / San Francisco
Sales Manager Base: Philadelphia / San Francisco
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage the assigned key accounts to achieve the sales target;
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and other stakeholders;
• Identify the business opportunity and coordinate the clarification of customer requirements, work closely with PM and SME teams to provide consulting on customer’s project;
• Lead the business discussion to close deal
• Other tasks assigned by the manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• BA/MS degree in a biology discipline, PhD would be a plus;
• Extensive experience in sequencing and molecular cloning, hands-on experience in NGS would be a plus;
• BA degree with at least 10 years, or MS/PhD degree with at least 7 years of work experience in life science industry, commercial experience in life science CRO companies or managerial experience in pharmaceutical company research function would be a plus;
• Strong communication and relationship building skills;
• Demonstrated track record in closing big deals or developing big accounts;
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
• Report to: Head of US Sales
• Works with: you will be working with internal PM and Production Team
Salary : $70,000 - $200,000
