Full Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Overall responsible for North America market expansion and customer development.
• Understand customer decision making process, and work with key stakeholders to ensure design wins.
• Coordinate with product development and tech support team to deliver seamless solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve cost, product quality, delivery, and performance concerns on existing and new opportunities.
• Conduct competitive research, identify growth opportunities in the market, collaborate with technical and marketing team to evaluate emerging markets, assess market trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts in order to grow brand awareness, gain knowledge of future products and customer needs, capture new design opportunities and grow new program / project pipelines.
