Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the office and the support of the Conner & Associates LLC team. This position will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure that all administrative functions are handled appropriately and that the office is running smoothly. This position will also assist with client communications, as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Answering client phone calls and directing calls as needed
- Scanning and faxing documents
- Providing administrative support to the CPA's, Accountants, Bookkeepers and Office Manager, as needed
- Scheduling client appointments as needed
- Data entry to provide support for bookkeeping services provided by the firm
- Cleaning the office as needed
- Ordering supplies for the office as needed
- Calling clients to collect on past due invoices as needed
- Manage the firm's social media pages and respond to clients via message as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
