The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource in the Human Resources department, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and all talent acquisition functions, including sourcing, candidate selection, interview coordination, skills assessments, and pre-employment screenings, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process
- Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively
- Handle benefits administration and resolve benefit-related inquiries
- Maintains and distributes employee information, policy manuals, and other communications
- Coordinate and manage special projects assigned by leadership
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives
- Maintains records of training and development activities in learning management system
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage spreadsheets for management review
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record in employee relations and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide strategic solutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
