Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76102
Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM CST
Salary Range: $60K-$65K BOE
Duration: Contract to Hire!
Job Duties:
- Actively contribute to diverse human resources responsibilities.
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Lead onboarding efforts, leveraging recruitment and HR systems to streamline processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding leave policies, benefits, and employment matters via the HR communication hub.
- Maintain adherence to relevant employment regulations and workplace requirements.
- Desirable: Background in managing workplace claims and compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong experience in employee relations required.
- Strong, direct communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as the sole HR representative onsite when at the AFF office.
- Familiarity with Everify and I9 verification for onboarding.
