Hours : 3rd Shift - 10 : 30pm - 7am
Job Overview :
A CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts. Equipment includes lathes, mills, grinders, and manual tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision
- Follow written procedures and work instructions
- Assemble and disassemble jigs, tools, and fixtures as needed
- Maintain dimensional and visual quality standards
- Handle materials safely and responsibly
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to all workplace policies and safety procedures
